Right of withdrawal

You have 30 days right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product. The product must be in new condition when we get them back for the withdrawal to be accepted. If the product is damaged in the shipping, you must be able to show it.

Returning shipping cost within Sweden – free of charge with our note of return.

Returning shipping cost from Countries Class A – 20€.

Class A: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia

Returning shipping cost from Countries Class B – 30€.

Class B: Spain, Bulgaria, Croatia, France, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia

The money is returned to you when we have received the product. It can take a few days or more before the money is delivered.

Exchanges

The right to exchange a product is 30 days, the product must be in new condition when sent back to us. If the product is damaged in the shipping, you must be able to show it.

We send the desired product when we have already received the returning product. For delivery right away; make a new order with the desired product.

Exchanging a product with the same price write down on the note inside the returned box which model, color and size you would like.

If you want to change to a product with a higher price than your original purchase, then please make a refund of the first order and place a new order on the desired product in our webshop.

Warranty

We offer three years warranty. If the product is defect from an error in production when it is delivered to you, you have the right to make a complaint. In case of an approved complaint you are not charged with shipping cost.

If possible we will fix the problem with the product, otherwise we send a new product. If the product is no longer available, you may choose another product for the same price, or get your money back. In a case where the complaint leads to returned payment, a deduction of the money back can occur depending on the age of the product. The deduction can be up to 33% per year. We deal with complaints according to the swedish Consumer purchase act.

Returning a product

  1. Fill out the form regarding returns.
  2. Put the form in the box with you received the goods in and close it.
  3. Attach the return way bill on the package. If you don’t have a way bill for returns, please contact us, info@backmansskoservice.se
  4. Ship it from your DHL service point.

Regarding buy back or claim, money is returned to you after we’ve received the product. Note that it can take a few days before the money is transfered to your account.vera att det kan ta några dagar innan pengarna kommer in på ditt konto (vanligtvis 1-2 dagar, dock högst 30 dagar).

Non collected packages

When the shipment is delivered to a service point, you have 14 days to collect it. Packages which are not collected will be sent back to us, and we have to charge you the below amount for shipping and administrative costs:

Sweden – 200 SEK.

Countries Class A – 40€.

Countries Class B – 60€.

Sending products to us for repair

If your shoes need more repair than we could foresee we will contact you before starting the repair.

We assume the right to deny repair, in which case you are charged for the shipping cost to deliver them back to you, or if you’d rather we throw them away.

You may not cancel the repair once the repair is started.

Payment is started before we start the repair.
