Shipping cost to DHL pick up – Countries Class B – 10 Euro

Class B: Spain, Bulgaria, Croatia, France, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia

Returning shipping cost within Sweden – Free of charge with our note of return.

Returning shipping cost Countries Class A  – 20 Euro.

Class A: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia

Returning shipping cost Countries Class B – 30 Euro

If the product is defect and return is needed we will refund the shipping cost.

Expected delivery

Sweden – 1-3 work days

Countries Class A – Up to 1 week

Countries Class B – Up to 1 week

The order is shipped with DHL and is delivered to a DHL service point for pick up. You will get delivery notices through text message or email.

If the package is damaged at delivery, take a picture and report the damage to DHL. (Prepare claim). Please notify us of this occurrence as well.

When the shipment is delivered to a service point, you have 14 days to collect it. Packages which are not collected will be sent back to us, and we have to charge you the below amount for shipping and administrative costs:

Sweden – 200 SEK

Countries Class A – 40 Euro

Countries Class B – 60 Euro
